How much do you charge per job?

Each of our services are calculated at a set guaranteed price. Therefore you pay a once off fee per job.

Our copyright fee has been factored into all of our prices.

An alteration fee may apply - if more than 2 changes are made to the final image.

An Exclusive Custom Art job will be calculated at $55.00 per hour. Including GST.

Will I get a discount for grouped services?

Yes - you most certainly do.

We offer great discounted packages within our Unique Logo Design service, Corporate Branding Design service & Superior Web Banner Design service.

What format will my final design be saved as?

Nine times out of ten - your final design will be saved in 'jpeg' format at the highest quality level.

Animated banner ads will be sent in 'gif' format.

If you require a different format - please contact us & we will try & accommodate your request.

What happens if my final image is far too large to send via email?

If your final Design is far too large to send via email - we will either...

1. Zip it up via 'winzip' & try emailing it once more.

2. Zip it up via 'winzip' & upload it to our 'ftp' for you to download.

3. Or we can send you a hard copy in the mail for a small discounted shipping fee.

How many changes can I make?

As we pride ourselves in customer service, we allocate up to 2 changes per job - inclusive with the set price of each service.

If you do decide to make further changes after your 2rd alteration - you will be charged $55.00 per hour from there on in.

How do I pay?

Once your final image is ready - we accept 3 secure payment options. For more information click on each payment option below...

As another sign of our great customer service we factor in our copyright fee with every set price.

Therefore you will not be slugged another fee for the rights of the design. That way you can alter our design in any way that you wish.
